The latest firmware for the Apple iPhone has brought a load of great features. One being Web Clips. This lets you add an icon to the iPhone homescreen that is a shortcut to visiting the page in Safari. You may or may not no that you can create an iPhone icon for your site very easily. First create a new image in photoshop, It has to be 45px x 45px in size. (You do not have to add rounded corners or the gloss effect as the iPhone does that for you.) Now save it is: apple-touch-icon.png. Once done, upload it to the root directory of your site so it looks like this:
