Amazing Coder is an independent start-up by coding guru Lewis King and young freelancer Luke Anderson. Both are from the UK and enjoy everything to do with Tech. This site was created and run to improve the overall coding skills of the web to create a better net for everyone. It’s our aim to give some help to all in every one of our posts and we work hard to keep our standards high.

About Lewis

Lewis has been coding and designing for over 3 years and is currently 14 years old. Lewis started with websites created on things such as FreeWebs and Piczo. After learning how to get .com domains and how to code some more, Lewis got FrontPage, a really basic coding editor from Microsoft. He made lots of designs in the Design View and the code was often awful. After starting his first proper site (psycho300.co.uk) He realized he had to get a better program and bought CS1. Soon after CS3 came out, Lewis upgraded to the full package including DreamWeaver, Photoshop, Flash and more. Lewis now owns a very successful blog/portfolio over at lewisking.net. Along with Luke he owns Amazing Coder which is his pride and joy. Lewis is fully self taught and is available for work now.

About Luke

Hey! My name is Luke Anderson and I’m 11 years old. Over the last years I’ve been fascinated about how web-apps work and how CSS and XHTML works. When I started up my personal portfolio (lpanderson.net) I realised it would take a lot of skill to code into valid XHTML and CSS. I started to buy lots of magazines and books such as Web Designer Mag and Coding for Dummies. Finally my design was ready to go and then I just had to look for projects to work on. Then Lewis asked me if I wanted to start Amazing Coder with him. I was thrilled. A couple of days later we had a design and just needed to code it into WordPress. Now we are planning how we can expand AC and make it better to attract more visitors. I’m currently available for work - check out my portfolio: lpanderson.net
