Websites that feature great tutorials, or websites with great design? Seeing as we're a coding blog, we were thinking of the former, but it's entirely up to you, our readers! Just post a comment with the one you'd like to see, or both, then post any other ideas you have or features you'd like to see about the new section. I’m not sure there’s as much of a difference between great code and great design as people say.
Great design for me must not only look beautiful but also be 100% functional in any browser, so must work correctly without CSS / Javascript tricks or the DOM model and must work at any resolution. (No divs rendering on top of each other at low-res or forms which won’t submit without JS, for example).
You’ll realise this is really hard, so a great gallery for me would feature sites which manage to achieve this and yet still use awesomeness (AJAX, CSS2 etc.) where it is present to great effect.
Well as I’m more of a designer I’d be liking to see design based websites, although that is selfish of me so a combination of the both would satisfy your websites core interest and be a true influence to webmasters who do a bit of the both!
Anyway experiment and people will let you know what they want
